What is my members only password?

If you have forgotten your password, you may use our login form to receive your password via email. You may also contact the OAUG Membership department via email, or by telephone at +1 404.240.0897.

What is the OAUG membership term?

OAUG membership is annual based on the date your membership application is processed and full dues payment is received.

Is OAUG membership corporate or individual?

Most OAUG memberships are corporate and include an unlimited number of individual contacts. OAUG Memberships are available to:

  • User Members: corporations or organizations that are licensed users of Oracle Applications.
  • Associate Members: organizations that provide products and services that complement and enhance Oracle Applications.
  • Individual Associate Members: independent consultants or students who are non-users of, but have a primary business interest in, Oracle Applications. To join at this membership level, you must be approved by the Membership Services Committee.

How do I update my company membership information?

You can logon to your membership profile to make the changes yourself, or contact the OAUG for assistance, via e-mail or by telephone at +1 404.240.0897.

If you don’t remember your OAUG password, you may request it via email.

How many OAUG Insight Magazine subscriptions are included with my company's OAUG membership?

User and Associate memberships are allotted ten (10) OAUG Insight magazine subscriptions.

Please note that there is no limit to the number of contacts you may have under your User or Associate Membership for access to the “Members Only” section of the OAUG Web site. In addition, any employee of your User or Associate Member organization is automatically eligible to receive conference registration discounts.

Can I purchase more OAUG Insight magazine subscriptions for my company?

Additional OAUG Insight magazine subscriptions can be purchased for $50 per contact for User Members and $100 per contact for Associate Members. There is no limit to the number of additional OAUG Insight magazine subscriptions that can be purchased.

If the key contact leaves the company, does the membership transfer with the key contact?

Membership is not transferable. Should a key contact leave the membership company, a new key contact can be assigned. Please contact the OAUG Membership Department by email, or via telephone at +1 404.240.0897.

Is an OAUG membership required to be a member of a local Geo or SIG?

No. Geo and SIG memberships are complimentary but limited. We do recommend joining the OAUG to be able to take advantage of the full OAUG membership benefit package.

How do I volunteer for committees?

The OAUG is always in need of volunteer assistance. If you would like to volunteer for a particular committee, please email volunteer@oaug.com.

What is the OAUG Knowledge Factory™?

The OAUG Knowledge Factory is the ultimate collaborative knowledge resource for OAUG members worldwide who are “in the know” — or want to be. The Knowledge Factory is completely community-driven and has been created by and for Oracle applications users to provide a forum for the acquisition, management, storage and dissemination of user knowledge in today’s rapidly changing business environments.

How do I search the conference paper archives?

You may search the OAUG’s comprehensive database of previous conference white papers and presentations in the same place you go to get all the latest Oracle applications information — the OAUG Knowledge Factory™.

The Conference Paper Database is accessible via the “Conferences” option in the “Categories” menu in the left navigation bar.
